1. What are the different membership levels? Well, at the moment there are three; Gold, Silver and Free. The different levels will offer various features which will vary to some extent after launch as the web site is developed. At present (2008), Gold membership means you qualify for selected sign-ups to advertised programs and get free downloads and ebooks when you send to the list; while Silver membership entitles you to just free downloads and ebooks when you send to the list.
2. How much are the different levels of membership? Free. Normally, Gold members are charged $5.00, Silver $0.50 and Free nothing; but at the moment (2008) all three membership levels are free of charge as an incentive to get more mails. Gold membership means you have to send at least 5 times a month and Silver membership means you have to send once a month. Please note these conditions are likely to change at short notice.
3. How do I change my password? Go to the Update Profile page and login. If your details appear enter your old username and password a second time near the top of the page and then enter your new password details at the bottom. Then submit the form. Please remember your password should be 4 letters and then 4 numbers.
4. How can I reduce the number of emails I get? Find the update page at the Deliverer Safelist web site here and login with your password and username. If the system finds your record then it will display on the screen. Find the five percent trickle service ('on' or '0') text box and type on in lower case, in the text window. Then press the 'CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS' button at the bottom. If you have problems just email the webmaster and it will be done for you.
5. How often can I send to Deliverer Safelist? At present, Gold members every day, Silver members every 3 days, Free members every week. These intervals may vary at short notice.

This makes the whole system friendlier and easier to use than other safelists.
